Requirements
Experience managing a portfolio of multi-family communities
A” & “B” Class experience
CPM a plus
Must be a team builder and motivator
Proactive, Focused-Performance driven person-Marketing skills, Fee Management experience a plus
Organized Individual
Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financials
