Job Description:

• Aggressively manage a growing apartment portfolio
• Work with the Regional Vice President and your on-site teams to maintain and improve the value of the assets
• Build strong on-site management teams through coaching and motivation.
  Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
• Develop strategies to improve performance at the property level.
• Increase portfolio occupancy and income

Requirements

Experience managing a portfolio of multi-family communities

• A” & “B” Class experience
• CPM a plus
• Must be a team builder and motivator
• Proactive, Focused-Performance driven person-Marketing skills, Fee Management     experience a plus
• Organized Individual
• Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financials
