Job Description:
Aggressively manage a 700+ unit luxury class "A" apartment.
Build strong on-site team through coaching and motivation.
Manage a staff of over 15 people.
Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
Develop strategies to make this property a standard bearer in the marketplace.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years as a Senior Property Manager leading a multi-family community
MUST have class A or B+ experience and large property experience.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Arlington, VA area.
Must be an independent and self-directed leader.
