Leader in the property management field is looking for a dynamic personality to be their next successful Regional Property Manager. With the portfolio of conventional properties in place, the right person is going to be someone who can hit the ground running, and oversee all aspects of the properties, including but not limited to, budget preparation and implementation and aggressively marketing the properties.
Successful candidate will most likely come from a background of aggressive management performance managing a portfolio of multi-family communities and have experience with Affordable Housing. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as an executive level presence and professionalism are important.
Requirements
·Experience managing a 1000 portfolio of multi-family communities in the South Central Markets
·Affordable and Rehab Property experience is a must
·Travel is required
·Must have experience with capital improvements and pushing premium rents
·Current with industry trends relative to the market
·Minimum 3 yrs. experience as a Regional Property Manager
·Must be outgoing, energetic, and sharp
·Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financials
