Description

One of the leading property management firms in the country is looking for someone to make an impact as a Marketing Director by implementing and driving marketing programs throughout their various portfolio's. In this position, you will work as a team to strategize, assist and ensure that the companies marketing goals and objectives are met.

You will also have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on the future of the company especially in taking the marketing program to the next level-focusing on technology, the internet, and branding. You will work closely with Regional Property managers and RVP's as well as on-site Community Managers and be responsible for all product and promotional programs as well as training staff personnel on marketing oriented programs.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years marketing experience; preferably within the property management field, either multi-family or commercial.
• Must have experience working with and creating highly effective internet marketing programs and have the ability to analyze and problem solve creatively.
• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills-must be polished and be able to effectively interface with senior managers.
• Must be able to prioritize.
• Candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have terrific relationship building skills.
• Must possess outstanding computer skills including Microsoft word, excel, publisher, and power point solutions.
• Must be willing to travel; some airline travel is required
• College degree is preferred
