Job Description:
- Aggressively manage a growing apartment portfolio
- Work with the Regional Vice President and your on-site teams to maintain and improve the value of the assets
- Build strong on-site management teams through coaching and motivation.
- Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
- Develop strategies to improve performance at the property level.
- Increase portfolio occupancy and income
Requirements - Experience managing a 1500+ portfolio of multi-family communities
- Strong financial skills
- Must be a team builder and motivator
- Proactive, Focused-Performance driven person-Marketing skills,
- Fee Management experience required
- Organized Individual who takes pride in their professionalism
- Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financial side of the business
- Excellent Communication skills
