Job Description:
Work with your on-site teams to maintain and improve the value of the assets
Build strong on-site management teams through coaching and motivation.
Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
Develop strategies to improve performance at the property level.
Increase portfolio occupancy and incomeRequirements
- MUST have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Regional Property Manager in the multi-family industry!
- Must have REIT experience
- Must be team builders and motivators!
- Successful candidates need to be highly motivated professionals who can communicate effectively with on-site teams and clients equally well
- Proactive, Focused, Performance-driven person, who understands the bottom line!
- Organized individual with excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financials
- Independent thinker-can handle autonomy
- Excellent communication skills!
