DESCRIPTION:
Provide leadership and training to regional service teams
Research and recommend national standards in regards to environmental/emergency concerns
Ensures consistent quality, curb appeal, asset preservation and risk management according to company standards
Monitors and reports performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Anticipates and communicates significant departures from budget.
REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years in an operational management role in the multi-family industry
