Job Description:

• Aggressively manage a 250 plus unit community
• Work with the Regional Director and your on-site team to maintain and improve the value of the assets
• Lead the on-site management team through coaching and motivation.
• Focus on increasing income and lowering delinquency rates.
• Develop new strategies to improve performance at the property level.
• Be a people person who loves to assist residents and provide superior customer service.
