Job Description:
Aggressively manage a growing conventional apartment portfolio.
Work with your Community managers to maintain and improve the value of the assets.
Build strong on-site management teams through coaching and motivation.
Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
Develop strategies to improve performance at the property level.
Increase portfolio occupancy and income.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years experience as a Regional Manager in the multi-family industry
Experience managing a 1000+ unit portfolio
Must be an independent and self-directed leader
Proficient in creating budgets and excellence in understanding financials
