Job Description:
Aggressively manage a growing apartment portfolio
Work with the Regional Vice President and your on-site teams to maintain and improve the value of the assets
Build strong on-site management teams through coaching and motivation.
Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
Develop strategies to improve performance at the property level.
Increase portfolio occupancy and income Requirements Experience managing a 1000+ portfolio of multi-family communities
"A" and "B" Class Property experience is a must
Fee Management experience is a plus
Minimum 5 yrs. experience as a Regional Property Manager in the multi-family industry
Must be a team builder and leader
Organized Individual
Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financials
