We are looking for an outstanding multi family Regional Property Manager to aggressively manage all aspects of a growing affordable tax credit housing portfolio in the Atlanta area.

Job Description:
Aggressively manage an affordable housing portfolio
Work with the Regional Vice President and your on-site teams to maintain and improve the value of the assets
Build strong on-site management teams through coaching and motivation.
Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
Develop strategies to improve performance at the property level.
Increase portfolio occupancy and income
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive, Focused-Performance driven person
TAX CREDIT experience is a MUST
Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financials
Must be familiar with Yardi
Excellent Communication skills
Marketing savy and leadership, team building skills and affordable housing experience.
