Gerry is President and Founder of The Cromwell Group, Inc.
Prior to founding The Cromwell Group, Gerry had over 30 years in various sales executive roles in the computer hardware and software business. After initially focusing on software sales recruiting, he refocused the company to multi-family property management after research indicated this to be an underserved industry.
Gerry concentrates his recruiting efforts on the California multi family property management market.

Jeff is VP of Operations for The Cromwell Group, Inc.
Prior to joining The Cromwell Group as a recruiter in 2004, Jeff was in the property management business for over twelve years in a wide variety of positions. Jeff has attained Pacesetter Club status every year since joining the company. He has been in the top thirty out of over 4,000 MRINetwork recruiters each of the last two years. Jeff concentrates on placing middle managers and senior executives in the Southeast and South Central regions of the US.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Denise is an Account Executive for The Cromwell Group.
Denise is responsible for recruiting in the multi family property management business. Her primary focus is working with clients and candidates in the Southwest and Midwest, with particular emphasis in Texas.
Prior to joining the recruiting business, she was Director of Business Development in the Audio Visual field and before that as an Account Executive selling payroll and human resource solutions.
Denise attended University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a concentration of biology and Psychology.

Scott is Senior Account Executive.
Scott joined The Cromwell Group in early 2005 and has been very successful in matching client needs with excellent candidates. In each year with the company, he has attained Pacesetter Club Status and was ranked in the top 60 of 4,000 MRINetworks recruiters.
His success can be directly attributed to this commitment in developing a thorough understanding of client needs. He serves in a consultative role in developing and nurturing his clients thereby allowing him to exceed their expectations.
