Our Search and Selection Process
Our search and selection process allows us to be a partner with our clients from the initial planning to the final placement of the candidate.
The steps involved in conducting a successful search include:

  • Planning and Needs Analysis
    Through interviews with key hiring managers and human resources, we develop an understanding of the client needs, search criteria, success factors, and company culture.

  • Research and Search
    During this stage we use recruiting tools such as our private database, industry connections, and recruiting affiliates to find candidates that fit the client requirements.

  • Candidate Presentation
    After we've screened the candidates, we present the best qualified who are interested in your company. We also begin reference checks at this stage.

  • Interview Facilitation
    We take full responsibility for arranging the logistics of the interviews. We also give the client the option of using our nationwide network of videoconferencing suites for remote interviews.

  • Offer Negotiations
    We provide assistance in the offer preparation and negotiation. For the candidate, we provide assistance for the resignation process.

  • Value Added Services and Transition Assistance

  • Ongoing Relationship
    Our work continues following the placement. We communicate with both clients and candidates and do everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible. Our goal is to have clients return to us for additional hiring needs and we realize that superior client satisfaction is the key to attaining that goal.

All information concerning your company and the search is kept strictly confidential. We will not reveal the identity of a client to a candidate until it is both necessary and appropriate. Likewise, we ask you not to conduct premature reference inquiries that might jeopardize a candidate's current employment.
